    With our B-AWS certified BACnet building control system (BMS) OPENweb, you always have an overview of your building technology systems. For this purpose, an HTML 5 web client (operation via browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.), a desktop client and an app are available. In addition, our intelligent control strategy ensures operation at the energetic optimum. Plant faults and alarms are communicated directly via the internal Event Control Center (ECC) and can be sent to your service staff via the DEOS Secure AlarmApp. This allows you to act quickly and efficiently.

    Individually scalable

    In offices, hotels, schools or leisure pools – thanks to OPENweb ‘s scalability, the software is suitable for almost any project. From the smallest application to large and complex projects with redundancy requirements. Decide for yourself whether OPENweb should be implemented locally on your computer or as a modern cloud solution. Thanks to the cloud solution, even small building automation projects with 100 data points or more benefit from a fully comprehensive BMS. Our BMS can also be quickly and easily expanded to a cloud BMS at a later date. This guarantees investment security, reduces internal maintenance costs and also means that operating personnel do not need to be retrained in the system.

    Time-saving plant graphics

    The graphics for visualizing your plant are created fully automatically during programming with the OPEN FXL programming tool and the DEOS libraries for all terminals. This saves you important staff resources and ensures a uniform presentation on all end devices and platforms. Subsequently, the generated plant graphics can be retrieved via the integrated OPENview web server on the controller or via our BACnet BMS OPENweb. Plant programming with DEOS is that easy!

    Flexible integration

    OPENweb stands for flexibility: It integrates plants and systems from different manufacturers and guarantees communication between different bus systems and products with standardized protocols and interfaces – even from third-party manufacturers. Use our BMS easily and without problems in existing plants (retrofit) or in new buildings. We can also meet individual implementations on request.

We deliver your BMS on our DEOS high performance servers (located in Germany), keep OPENweb always up to date and are always available with our IT experts to support and advise you.     The graphical operating concept of our BMS is one thing above all: simple! Whether with a PC, smartphone or tablet – you operate OPENweb as flexibly as you wish. The graphic display of the system makes operation child’s play and even more intuitive. This way, even employees without prior knowledge can monitor and control the room and system parameters.

    Web Client

    With the Web Client of OPENweb you can monitor and control your plants platform independent (Android/iOS/Windows/…) thanks to HTML 5 and a web browser. Access your system from any device without installing additional software. This way you remain maximally flexible.

    Mobile app

    Optimized for Android smartphones and tablets, HVAC system monitoring and control is enabled via our OPENweb app and OPENview app – whether you are in your own building or on the road.

    Desktop client

    With the OPENweb ControlPanel, your building control system can be fully and graphically operated and configured from your PC. You can easily access all parameters of your heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting technology. The Desktop Client is mainly used to configure the installations.
