The company Fiehn Gebäudeautomation and its partners were awarded the “Stiftung Innovationspreis” 2011 of the Sparkasse Schwarzwald-Baar for the new school building “Katharina-von-Gersdorf” as a passive house. This award is financially supported by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU).
The digital automation system for regulating and controlling the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of the passive house project comes from DEOS. The hardware used is an OPEN 700 EMS automation station. The BMS software OPENweb records all physical and virtual control values at any time intervals.
