P&G Factory

The P&G factory in Dong An IP, Binh Duong, is the third largest factory of the Procter and Gamble Group in Vietnam. The best-known branded products of the P&G Group include Ariel, Gillette, Wella and blend-a-med.

The HVAC system in the factory consists of a total of 4 chillers, 17 ventilation systems and numerous VAV controllers. Due to the lack of some functionalities, the building management system in use was no longer reliable and the factory could not be operated efficiently. Based on the customer’s requirements, the entire system is equipped with DEOS OPEN EMS controllers and the OPENweb building management system. This makes it possible to manage the entire HVAC system based on the existing system without incurring further large costs.
