P&G Factory

The P&G factory in Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Duong, is the Procter & Gamble Group’s third-largest factory in Vietnam. The P&G Group’s best-known brands include Ariel, Gillette, Wella, and blend-a-med.

The HVAC system at the plant consists of a total of 4 chillers, 17 ventilation units, and numerous VAV controllers. Due to the lack of certain functionalities, the building management system in use was no longer reliable, and the factory could not be operated efficiently. Based on the customer’s requirements, the entire system has been equipped with DEOS OPEN EMS controllers and the OPENweb building management system. This makes it possible to manage the entire HVAC system based on the existing infrastructure without incurring significant additional costs.
