Old Stock Exchange Zurich
Flexible room automation for offices, commercial premises, and restaurants
The Old Zurich Stock Exchange was built between 1928 and 1930 by the Zurich architectural firm Henauer & Witschi. Until 1992, it was considered Switzerland’s most important trading center for securities.
As part of the extensive modernization measures carried out on the historic building in 2012, DEOS AG brought the ventilation, heating, cooling, and various individual room control systems up to the latest state of the art. In particular, the patented OPENdynamics ventilation control system and the OPEN SRU individual room controller were used. The room controller can be used for the integrated control of HVAC, shading, and lighting. This has created modern and prestigious rental space for offices, commercial premises, and restaurants.
