The “neue balan” campus in Munich is a coworking space with a constant stream of new tenants. On this former Siemens site in the heart of Munich, this campus consists of a sophisticated mix of buildings from different construction phases. The buildings are gradually being optimized in terms of energy efficiency and functionally expanded with DEOS solutions – all during ongoing operations.

Case study #1 describes the HKVO-compliant automatic consumption data acquisition, the energy meter connection via LoRaWAN/M-Bus, DEOS energy reports in the cloud, Minol.
