Duties and responsibilities:
  • Drive and support the growth of existing System Partners
  • Identify, evaluate and contract new System Partners
  • Support System Partners in major sales activities to key stakeholder groups
  • Liaise with consultants, general contractors etc. to promote the entire DEOS portfolio
  • Develop, execute and control business plans, sales objectives, programs, and projects
  • Report progress and status of achievement to Corporate Management
  • Participate with System Partners in trade shows, seminars or workshops
  • Key Account Management for main customer groups
  • Tender management and support
Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering (or similar experience)
  • Several years’ experience in sales of BAS and/or control systems
  • Proven sales track record and in-depth knowledge of sales
  • Ability to work independently, and to instruct and coach others
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English and at least one language of the designated region
  • German language skills are an additional advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility, integrity, motivation, and dedication

  • Provide technical assistance and advise on the use of DEOS’ products and solutions
  • Prepare, conduct and evaluate trainings and workshops
  • Be the first point of contact in all technical matters
  • Together with Sales & Business Development participate in trade shows or seminars
  • Support Sales & Business Development in key customer activities
Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering (or similar experience)
  • Very good knowledge of building automation and/or control systems
  • Several years’ experience in technical support and trainings
  • Ability to work independently, and to instruct and coach others
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English and at least one language of the designated region
  • German language skills are an additional advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility, integrity, motivation, and dedication
