Upgrading the HVAC system in the Art Gallery was an interesting challenge for DEOS Australia: the size was 50% undersized, there was little space available and the sensors were not to be visible to visitors.

In 2009, DEOS Australia installed the COBAOPT system (now OPENdynamics) in all rooms open to the atrium for space regulation. This made the entire building an indirect COBAOPT zone with excellent temperature and humidity conditions.
