Building automation for 110,000 m² hotel and office complex

A large hotel and office building is being constructed on a 110,000 square meter site in the Southwark district of London. The hotel covers around 68,200 square meters and includes 192 rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms, and a rooftop bar. The remaining 41,800 square meters will be used for modern office space.
The project is being managed by our English partner Linear Controls.
