A large hotel and office building is being built on 110,000 square metres in the London district of Southwark. The hotel covers around 68,200 square metres and includes 192 rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms and a rooftop bar. The other 41,800 square metres will be used for modern office space.

The project is being managed by our English partner Linear Controls.
