You have probably already heard that DEOS AG has been a 100% subsidiary of the Swedish REGIN Group since May 2022. For a focused orientation, we have decided that DEOS AG will become the leading sales company of the Regin Group in the DACH region. Thus, Regin Controls Deutschland GmbH with its registered office in Berlin merged with DEOS AG, Birkenallee 76, 48432 Rheine, as of 01.01.2023.
Nothing will change for you as a result of the merger except for the identity of your contact person. DEOS AG automatically assumes all rights and obligations of the existing contractual relationships. Your individual conditions of the existing contracts remain unaffected. You will continue to have full access to your familiar Regin products & solutions and obtain them from DEOS AG from 01.01.2023.
