Punggol Digital District
In collaboration with Engie SEA: DEOS plays a central role in managing and reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption on the PDD campus
A new business park is being built in Singapore: Punggol Digital District (PDD). PDD is set to become Singapore’s first large-scale smart business park, distinguished primarily by its modern infrastructure and energy-efficient buildings. Covering an area of 50 hectares, various digital sectors such as IT, cybersecurity, AI, robotics, blockchain, and other technology-related industries will promote collaboration in the areas of innovation and sustainability.
In collaboration with Engie SEA, the DEOS OPEN EMS system was selected to monitor and control the district cooling system with a centralized cooling water pipe network of approximately 4 km. DEOS OPEN EMS is expected to reduce and manage 3,700 tons of CO2 emissions and 30% of energy. In addition, various commercial and university rental spaces will be equipped by DEOS to save energy and provide both transparent and highly accurate energy consumption data.
