The total of 128 guest rooms are located in the nautical style Hotel Victory and a Venetian palazzo. So every guest feels in the noble cabins sometimes like on a luxury yacht, sometimes like on a windjammer.

DEOS AG has supplemented these high-quality hotel rooms with a fully comprehensive individual room solution with FCU, central ventilation and OPENweb. One FCU unit per hotel room, together with the central supply and exhaust air system, ensures a pleasant guest stay. The interaction between the DEOS products and the hotel management software “Sihot” is particularly noteworthy. This makes it possible to implement a wide variety of scenarios, such as fresh air flushing. In addition, each guest can control the lighting and shading as well as the temperature and ventilation via the control tablet on the room wall. A special app was developed for this tablet operation, whose communication with the controller takes place via a special security concept. In addition, there is the possibility of remote access to operating devices and individual room controls for the technicians.
