Efficient engineering
With the engineering workflow, DEOS offers an integrated solution for the efficient handling of I&C projects. The most important benefits include automatic import from standard planning tools, AMEV-compliant BACnet macros and templates and the new “DEOS onSite” commissioning tool. This enables a quick 1:1 test of installed field devices by a single person, reduces personnel costs and documents deviations and corrections directly on site.

Holistic energy monitoring
The energy monitoring solution offers seamless data integration from technical systems to meters, avoiding media disruptions and creating a reliable basis for comprehensive energy concepts. It enables efficient commissioning through plug-and-play structures and minimal programming effort, which saves time and money. For end customers, the system offers transparent energy analyses, verifiable cost savings, intuitive operation and compliance with legal requirements such as ISO 50001, GEG and ESG reporting.

Radio-based inventory optimization
The LoRaWAN room solutions based around the battery-free DEOS TEO wireless radiator thermostat enable efficient refurbishment of existing properties without invasive conversion work. The temperature is controlled as required for each room and according to stored time and calendar programs. This enables an immediate reduction in heating costs of up to 40% with minimal installation time.

Scalable building management
With the DEOS building management system, DEOS offers three solutions that build on each other: OPENview as on-board BMS on the automation stations, OPENweb as an on-site installation and as a cloud solution. Thanks to the scalability of OPENweb and OPENview, the software is suitable for almost any project – from the smallest application to complex buildings. This guarantees investment security, reduces internal maintenance costs and also means that operating personnel do not need to be retrained in the system.

Secure building automation
The new DEOS products offer integrated security functions such as BACnet/SC and SSC, including guaranteed software security updates and mandatory password protection. They are particularly protective thanks to preconfigured firewalls on each controller and remain fully downward compatible with existing systems. End customers benefit from intuitive operation with a clear graphical display, while integrators receive the highest security standards without additional project effort.

Versatile room solutions
The new Regio room controller RCX takes the Regin Regio series to a new level. In addition to quick and easy configuration and commissioning via Bluetooth and the Regin:GO app, many internal sensors are available for recording temperature, relative humidity, CO2 content, VOC content and presence detection. The controllers are GEG-compliant thanks to the open BACnet and Modbus interfaces and are suitable for applications in offices, schools, hospitals and hotels.
