Merger optimally complements product range

DEOS AG is part of the Regin Group. With this merger of two building automation specialists, the product portfolio is optimally complemented. Both companies are positioned in the field of intelligent building technologies and look back on a long and successful history in their respective markets. The joint product offering, including software for building management, is expected to become one of the strongest in the industry in the future.

As part of the Regin Group, DEOS AG will continue to sell its existing product portfolio to existing and new customers. The DEOS brand name will also be retained. Together with this versatile offering – consisting of freely programmable controls with all relevant communication protocols, IoT/Cloud solutions, its own SMD manufacturing and software development capacities – DEOS AG strengthens the Regin Group’s market position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
