Outstanding employee satisfaction
The independent consulting institute 2HMforum. has recognized us as “Germany’s Employee Champion” – high praise for us! A high level of employee satisfaction is not only important to us because of our competitiveness, but also to build an emotional bond with our employees and thus ensure an ideal working atmosphere.
The award is based on the third employee survey conducted for DEOS AG by the Mainz-based consulting institute. Our employees already took part in the survey in 2020, when the number of highly satisfied employees was 73%. In this year’s survey, we were able to increase this figure to 81% – a huge success! The regular anonymous surveys enable us to find out what really matters to our employees. In this way, we can then adjust our benefits and take targeted measures to further increase satisfaction.
We are delighted with the award, but there is still more work ahead of us. In the future, we want to continue to improve and thus retain talent, keep them for the long term and turn even more people into DEOS fans.
