They know each other and appreciate one another. Only last year Norbert Röttgen (German Federal Minister for the Eenvironment) visited DEOS AG on the occasion of the company event “Rheiner controller meeting place”. The minister, who was responsible for the most important government´s project – the implementation of the energy change – remembers such companies, which are indispensible allies to meeting this challenge.
The growth industry building automation plays an important role in this process. Between the government businesses in Berlin and the regional election in North Rhine-Westphalia the minister took the time to inform himself about the construction plans of DEOS AG. During an appointment in Rheine the chairman of the supervisory board Prof. Dr. Bernd Boiting, board chairman Stefan Plüth and the architect and planner Ulrich Borowski explained the building project to the environment minister.
At the ground floor next to the reception area will be a transparent “SHOWROOM” to represent the complex building technology. Here, all interested visitors can have a the opportunity to look at the innovative DEOS technology in its headquarters.
The planned construction of the new corporate headquarters shall visibly show the possibilities today in a modern building in terms of “intelligent and energy-efficient building automation”. The new building in Rheine´s northern industrial area has 2,500 square meters and will set standards in the future in many ways.
The innovative building technology is also visible outside. The German environment minister Röttgen was impressed by the futuristic building, especially by the ventilated facade covering of aluminum composite panels. This is the first façade worldwide, which is able to clean itself of organic stains and even to absorb smog.
Start of construction is planned the fourth quarter in 2012.
