DEOS AG celebrates with Economics Minister of the German state of NRW it´s topping-out ceremony of the new headquarters at the Birkenallee, Rheine / Germany

Garrelt Duin (SPD) , the Economics Minister of the German state of NRW called the company DEOS hidden champion on Monday 08th of July 2013.
The minister had come to the topping-out ceremony of the new DEOS headquarters  “The company is an example of an innovative, healthy company.” He explained.

"People speak to little about companies like yours," Duin said.

With the new building DEOS has aligned its structures for the future. "The future does take place in Rheine at the Birkenallee."

This is a building that will work "according to the latest standards of energy management." "Who, if not us, is in the commitment to build a building like this," asked Mr. Plüth. The new headquarters is "one of the smartest buildings in the world."Plüth described the issue of energy efficiency as the key issue for the success of the energy transition to a full supply by renewable energy. In Germany alone, there will be energy savings of 60 percent until 2050. Mr. Plüth described the decision to build in Rheine, as a "commitment to this city and the region of the Münsterland.”

Angelika Kordfelder, the Mayorees of Rheine was happy to hear this."Whoever builds a house, is planning to stay," said Kordfelder. The investment is a positive signal for the entire city.

As a "strong partner of the professional colleges" designated county councilor Peter Lüttmann the company DEOS.

With a focus on energy efficiency DEOS support the schools through technical expertise of their experts, as well as through lectures, seminars, internships and excursions.

 

Facts and Figures

The company DEOS AG invests 4.5 million euros in the new headquarters at the Birkenallee, Rheine / Germany. To 2500 square meters in area, the new building is planned as a workplace for 70 employees. Among other, the management, the development department and a training area will stay here.
